POS Polsterservice became known as an on-site repair service in the furniture sector in 1987. Since then, the company has expanded continuously: Today, we are proud to be one of the European market leaders for full on-site services for end customers. 

The umbrella brand POS Service Group now encompasses the divisions Polsterservice, Homeservice, and Schadenservice.

Operational business units

Under the umbrella of POS Service Group, we have organized our services into three areas:

Polsterservice

is the specialist in the area of repair and care for upholstery and wooden furniture. We have always been a reliable partner on site for furniture retailers, the furniture industry, automobile manufacturers, catering businesses, hotels, cinemas, and event halls. Our services are available to private customers for damages outside of the warranty. We even mend burn holes in car seats and correct damages to your laminated or parquet floor with our Smart Repair processing. We take care of all complaints in the areas of wood, stone, marble, tiles, and plastic. Our service spectrum ranges from the mending of holes, dents, and scratches to the repair of broken or compressed edges.

Homeservice

employs innovative technology to offer the possibility of an absolutely exact and error-free measurement of rooms for the first time. Using state-of-the-art 3D laser technology, our service technicians measure kitchens, living rooms, and even entire houses and properties on site.

Schadenservice

has been a prized partner of many insurance companies for the appraisal, repair, and adjustment of damages in the furnishing sector for over 20 years and specializes in on-site services at the premises of the insurance holder / claimant. We have over 100 experts who are also available as appraisers wherever our private customers need them.

For France we will be relaunching our service by next week.Belgium:24.04.2020, 14:00:  From April 27, 2020 we plan to resume our upholstery service in Belgium.Austria:15.04.2020, 14:00: Due to the loosening by the legislator in Austria, we plan to resume our upholstery service in Austria from April 16, 2020.As of 19.03.2020 – Following a current status overviewGermany:The provision of services and manual labour remains permitted. As per usual, we process customer orders in upholstery sector and provide our 3D measurement services. Netherlands:There are currently no restrictions on our business activities in the Netherlands.Austria:Currently we do not carry out any furniture repairs. 3D measurements are being processed. Switzerland:We are still allowed to continue providing our services in the upholstery sector. France, Belgium, Tyrol and South Tyrol:In these regions, we are already no longer carrying out any orders. In General:We strictly follow hygiene standards.
